Who We Are

Josh Cameron has a background in historic restoration, plumbing, and building maintenance. Josh has a heart for educating others and previously served as a construction industry instructor with CITC. Josh is a licensed home inspector, journeyman plumber and general contractor (owner of Cameron Contractors LLC since 2013); now scaling his contracting business back to focus his attention on home inspections in SW Washington.

Amy Cameron is a kindergarten teacher with Vancouver Public Schools. She has been teaching for 8 years, and in her spare time enjoys working on projects with Josh!

Roost Home Inspections LLC offers residential home inspections and the following additional services that can be coupled with any home inspection. Sewer scopes, radon testing, mold testing, pool inspections and pest/dryrot reports
